Office
FSI is operating out of a modern office with all equipment expected of a state of the art office. FSI office hours are 9.00h to 18.00 6 days a week and orders can be placed by fax, e-mail, phone or through the marketboomer online portal.
For emergencies FSI also has a 24/7 hotline.
Vehicles
FSI uses three new delivery vans and trucks that allow delivery of products in the correct conditions (0˚C or -18˚C) even in the hottest weather.
Vehicles are cleaned daily and are all agency maintained.
Staff
FSI management and staff all have years of experience in hotel and catering business. All staff’s appearance is always crisp and clean and courteous. All staff speaks proper English and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customers’ expectations.
